Enrollment

New Beginnings has convenient open enrollment year round.

There are 3 easy ways you can start the enrollment process.

1. You can call our center anytime between 5:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. to request enrollment information and tour date. Our number is 574-658-9440.

2. You can start the process by downloading the Enrollment Packet and Parent Handbook. Once they are filled out, you can email the packets to newbeginningspreschool@centurylink.net.

    Someone will contact you shortly after to set up a time to tour our facility and guide you on the next steps.

3. You can stop by to request a packet as well. We are located at 706 West Syracuse Street right off of Highway 15. 

 

**Please note: there are a few state forms that will need to be filled out once enrollment date is set.**
